Fairly clean hotel with affable and professional staff especially ANNE the manager. Prime location in District 1, and 5 minute walk from Fine Arts Museum. And just off night market, the Ben Thahn markets and shops & eateries and a walk-away from the so-called 'Malaysian street'-easy to look for HALAL restaurants here.
Beds were dirty.

The central location of the hotel made it convenient for us to explore the local markets and sites. We also appreciated the proximity to the airport, which made our travels easier. The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the room was quiet, allowing us to have a good night's sleep. The desk staff, both during the day and at night, were extremely friendly and spoke English fluently. The bell staff were also attentive and helpful. Additionally, the free breakfast offered was adequate.

The hotel is located in a lively area, near the market and a few bustling streets, making it easy to explore the city. the breakfast area, although noisy from early morning preparations, is conveniently located opposite our room. the staff were very helpful and polite, providing a useful ironing service.
The bathroom could use some improvement and could be cleaner.

Great location for shopping and exploring the city. The day and night markets nearby offered plenty of options for souvenirs. Plus, there were halal restaurants in the area, which was a bonus for Muslim travelers like us. We also took advantage of the "Make a suit in one day" service provided by the local shops, which was a unique and enjoyable experience.
The traffic around the area was chaotic, making it risky to cross the roads, especially with young children.

The hotel was in the heart of the city, which made it easy to travel to nearby attractions. the staff were very welcoming and offered us complimentary drinks and snacks. the room was spacious and comfortable with all the necessary amenities.
The air conditioning was either too cold or too hot and it took some time to find a comfortable temperature. Our room didn't have a view and the window faced the hotel's hallway which made it difficult to get natural light.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
